Walnut Black Bean Black Rice Black Sesame Porridge

Prepare the materials.

All materials are cleaned, and the black rice should be soaked for more than two hours in advance.

The walnut kernels are broken into pieces.

Put the black rice, walnuts, black sesame and black beans into the pot;

Tips:
1. The porridge should be cooked more rotten. Black rice and black beans are not easy to digest, so the cooking time should not be too short. If there is a cooking machine, it can be made into rice paste, which is easier to digest.
2. Black sesame is not easy to be digested when eaten directly. For those with poor gastrointestinal digestion, it is best to make sesame paste or sesame powder
