Walnut Black Sesame Paste

All ingredients are ready

Rinse and drain the black sesame seeds

Tips:
1. Sesame seeds look very clean, but in fact there is a lot of dust on them, so it is better to rinse them and fry them;
2. When frying glutinous rice noodles, frying walnuts, and black sesame seeds, be sure to roast them slowly over a low fire, as the fire will be easy to paste;
3. Because the black sesame seeds are moist, they are fried in the pan with the walnut kernels that look much larger, and the cooking time is almost the same;
4. The fried walnuts and black sesame seeds must be left to cool before being beaten into flour. I was anxious and beaten before it was cold. The result was wet and easy to clump;
5. I think it is better to put white sugar when it is brewed. You can adjust the amount according to your taste.
