Walnut Crisp

Use a rolling pin to crush the walnut kernels. Don't crush them too much.

Softened butter at room temperature + 2 egg yolks + powdered sugar (one egg yolk is missing in the photo)

Stir well

Sift in low-gluten flour + walnuts

Put on disposable gloves and knead the dough

Knead the dough into small balls. Flatten slightly with your hands

Brush with egg liquid (only egg yolk is used for egg liquid)

Preheat the oven. Bake at 170° for 15 minutes
