Some time ago, I read the newspaper and published the test takers’ nutritional recipes. Among them, the soup cooked with walnuts, donkey-hide gelatin and lean meat was the most impressive. The newspaper introduced this soup for boys and girls, and it can nourish blood and brains. The test takers are under great pressure and often move. Brains, sufficient blood supply can have the energy to cope with heavy learning tasks, and sufficient congestion can improve memory, which is roughly what the newspapers mean.

Walnut Longan Ejiao Cake

1. 1. Shandong Ejiao is soaked in yellow wine for three days to melt the Ejiao.
If you want to save time, you can break Ejiao with a hammer and stir into Ejiao powder with a food processor, and then soak it in yellow wine for 2 hours.
If you want to save trouble, you can take donkey-hide gelatin to the pharmacy, let someone do it to turn donkey-hide gelatin into powdered gelatin, and soak it in yellow wine for 2 hours.
I personally like to use yellow wine to soak Ejiao slowly. Seeing that Ejiao and yellow wine are slowly fused together, there is a feeling of flowing water.

2. Three days later, the donkey-hide gelatin was completely melted in the yellow wine and became the donkey-hide gelatin yellow wine solution.

3. Break the rock candy.

4. Stir fragrant sesame seeds and walnuts in the middle of the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.

5. Weigh the longan and wolfberry.

6. Put the softened donkey-hide gelatin in a large pot and heat it with water. After boiling the water, turn to a low heat. Use a heat-resistant rubber spatula to stir while heating to completely melt the donkey-hide gelatin and yellow wine together to form a very viscous donkey-hide gelatin yellow wine. This process requires a little patience and slow down.

7. Add rock sugar, the rock sugar must be completely melted in the Ejiao yellow wine liquid.

8. After the rock sugar is melted, add the longan and stir well.

9. Add the fragrant black sesame seeds and roasted walnuts, stir while heating, and evenly distribute the black sesame seeds and walnuts in the Ejiao yellow wine liquid.

10. Finally add the wolfberry and mix well. At this time, the walnut and longan donkey-hide gelatin cake is cooked.

11. This is boiled walnut and longan donkey-hide gelatin cake.

12. Put the boiled walnut longan donkey-hide gelatin cake in a box lined with baking paper, let it cool thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator after it has solidified.
Take out the slices, seal them, and eat one or two slices a day as a snack.

13. For the convenience of eating, I wrapped the walnut and longan donkey-hide gelatin cake slices in glutinous rice paper and put them in a small bag so that they would not get my hands dirty when eating.

Tips:
