Walnut Oatmeal Soy Milk

Wash the soybeans, put them into the cup of the soymilk maker, add an appropriate amount of water, and select the soaking warming function. After 6 hours, take out the soaked soybeans and drain the water. Walnut kernels are broken into pieces; oatmeal is washed; red dates are washed and cored, and cut into slices; longans are hulled and cored, and longan meat is torn into small pieces

Put all the ingredients prepared in Method 1 into the cup of the soymilk machine

Add water to between the upper and lower water levels (the amount of water added can be mastered according to actual needs)

Cover the lid of the soymilk machine, turn on the power, select the soymilk, press the grain milk button, the soymilk is made in about 25 minutes

Unplug the power cord, open the cover of the soymilk maker, pour the boiled soymilk into a cup and let cool before drinking
Tips:
1. If the soymilk machine does not have the function of soaking beans at a constant temperature, you can soak the beans by yourself, wash the beans, and soak them in water for 6-8 hours;
2. After the soy milk is made, rock sugar or white sugar can be added to taste according to personal taste;
3. The soymilk machine I use has a filter-free function, so there is no filter residue. If there is no such function, the filter residue step should be added after the soymilk is made.
