Walnut Raisin Yogurt Muffins

1. Prepare all the ingredients: the butter does not need to be softened, the grapes are dry cleaned and drained, the walnuts are roasted for later use, and baking powder is added to the flour

2. Sift the low powder with baking powder

3. Add butter

4. Knead into crisp pine grains

5. Add brown sugar

6. Mix well

7. Add raisins and walnuts

8. Mix well

9. Beat eggs, add yogurt

10. Mix well into custard

11. Pour into the flour

12. Stir roughly until there is no dry powder

13. Divide into the mold

14. Set the preheated 180 degree oven, middle level, upper and lower fire, bake for about 18 minutes, insert a toothpick into the muffin, and the toothpick is ready to bake. (It’s in the big mold in the middle of the baking tray. I bake it for 5 more minutes)

15. Baked

Tips:

The specific baking temperature and time depend on the temperament of the oven
