All raw materials: donkey-hide gelatin, cooked black sesame seeds, cooked walnuts, longan meat, red dates meat, rock sugar.

Crush the donkey-hide gelatin packaging.

Soak in rice wine for 2-3 days, soak until soft.

Fry the black sesame seeds in a frying pan.

The walnuts are roasted in the oven and set aside.

Use water-proof steaming method to melt donkey-hide gelatin. It takes half an hour, and attention should be paid to stirring.

After adding the rock sugar, keep stirring until it dissolves completely for about half an hour. After the rock sugar dissolves, the donkey-hide gelatin will become more and more viscous. Scooping it up with a spoon will not drip or drip.

Add the cooked walnuts and stir until they are completely covered.

Add the longan meat and stir to coat it evenly.

Add red jujube meat and stir to coat evenly.

Add the cooked black sesame seeds and stir to coat them evenly.

After all the ingredients are evenly stirred, pour them into the fresh-keeping box while they are hot, and the donkey-hide gelatin paste is made.

After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, remove the flip button on the case, peel off the plastic wrap, and cut 10 grams each.

People with weak constitution take one tablet every morning and evening, and people with poor sleep take one tablet at night after soaking their feet, which is good for sleep
note:
1. Do not eat during menstrual period.
2. It is not suitable to eat at other times during pregnancy, it can be eaten only 20 days after delivery
3. Children under 7 years old should not eat
4. Donkey-hide gelatin has a strong nourishing effect, but the sex is too greasy. People with weak spleen and stomach and those who suffer from food, vomiting and diarrhea are not allowed to take it.
Tips:
1. Walnuts, red dates, longans, and black sesame seeds can be added to my recipe with 50 grams each. Mine is not enough, so I reduced the amount.
2. Bake the walnuts in the oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes, and be careful not to overbake them.
3. Crush the donkey-hide gelatin to make it soft, and the good one can be broken.
4. The rock candy should also be broken up, otherwise it will be difficult to dissolve
5. When donkey-hide gelatin should be boiled until it is thick, that is, after scooping it up with a spoon, it will not flow or drip
6. Keep stirring, walnuts, red dates, longans, and black sesame seeds can be evenly wrapped
7. After the donkey-hide glue paste is made, it should be poured into the fresh-keeping box while it is hot. It is difficult to pour out and cannot be smoothed after a long time.
8. The fresh-keeping box is best to be put on a cling film pad so that it is convenient to pour out at the end, and it is very smooth and beautiful
9. The kind of plastic wrap must not be very thin, tin foil can be used, I use a plastic wrap that can be easily removed
10. The cling film must be flat, and don't let the donkey-hide gelatin paste and the cling film be mixed together, otherwise it cannot be removed!
