Fresh okra

After washing, blanch in boiling water for about 1-2 minutes

After fishing out, cut off one end of the handle

Then cut diagonally

Tips:
1. Do not blanch the okra for more than 3 minutes, usually 1-2 minutes
2. It is best not to use an iron pan for blanching okra, otherwise it will easily turn black. I use it in an iron pan. After blanching, it will turn a little black.
