Wasabi Chicken with Cabbage

Put the mustard powder in a bowl, add some hot water to make a mustard paste.

Cover with plastic wrap, sit in hot water and keep it warm for about 5 minutes, and wait for the mustard flavor to slowly evaporate.

Wash the drumsticks and marinate for 20 minutes with cooking wine, salt, green onion and ginger.

Put the marinated chicken legs in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes. Let cool for later use.

Pour into boiling water and blanch until the cabbage is transparent.

Tips:
The chicken legs can be boiled without steaming. When blanching the cabbage, pay attention to the heat, and it is not easy to be too long.
