Water Drop Sushi
1.
Prepare ingredients and sushi roll mats or molds
2.
Steam the mixed pearl rice and glutinous rice, put in a small bowl, crush as much as possible, and add about 3 or 4 lids of apple cider vinegar, stir well, let cool, and set aside
3.
Spread a slightly larger piece of plastic wrap on the sushi roll mat, and then put a piece of kelp
4.
Spread the prepared rice evenly on the kelp slices
5.
Then turn the kelp slices together with the rice, and press the rice underneath
6.
Then fill the rice on both sides, leaving about 3/1 in the middle, and flatten it hard.
7.
Wash the ham sausage, cucumber and peel, and wash the carrots and cut them into triangle-shaped strips, which are about the same length as seaweed slices.
8.
Sprinkle tomato sauce, salad dressing, and peanut sauce on the place where the rice is sandwiched
9.
Spread another layer of pork floss
10.
Fold the roll mat over, preferably in half
11.
Gently press the interface with your hand to form an oval shape for about 5 or 6 minutes, then open the roll mat and plastic wrap, and sprinkle with cherry powder
12.
Dip the sushi knife in water, cut the sushi roll, about 1cm, and cut about 7, 8 pieces per roll. It is best to prepare a bowl of water when cutting, and wash the knife after cutting one piece.
