1. Prepare ingredients and sushi roll mats or molds

3. Spread a slightly larger piece of plastic wrap on the sushi roll mat, and then put a piece of kelp

4. Spread the prepared rice evenly on the kelp slices

5. Then turn the kelp slices together with the rice, and press the rice underneath

6. Then fill the rice on both sides, leaving about 3/1 in the middle, and flatten it hard.

7. Wash the ham sausage, cucumber and peel, and wash the carrots and cut them into triangle-shaped strips, which are about the same length as seaweed slices.

8. Sprinkle tomato sauce, salad dressing, and peanut sauce on the place where the rice is sandwiched

9. Spread another layer of pork floss

10. Fold the roll mat over, preferably in half
