Watercress Fish Tail in Clay Pot

1. Fry the fish tail first

2. Wash watercress

3. Put an appropriate amount of water in the soup pot, add ginger, candied dates and corn kernels

4. After the water is boiled, add watercress

5. Boil until the watercress becomes soft

6. Add fish tail

7. Put the lid on and cook for about 30 minutes

8. It's done, add salt to taste

12. Drizzle with cooked oil and soy sauce

Tips:

1. Fry fish tails slowly over a slow fire;
2. When boiling the soup, use a strong fire for 10 minutes, then switch to a slow fire for 20 minutes.
