Watermelon Cold Day Sago Juice
1.
Make Hantian first. Pour Hantian powder into the pot, add mineral water and three warm sugar.
2.
Cook over medium-low heat until the three-warm sugar and Hantian powder are all melted.
3.
Pour into a container and refrigerate until set.
4.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add the sago, turn to medium and low heat and continue to cook. When the sago is boiled completely and only the core is a little white, turn off the water, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. After the sago is completely permeated, sift out the excess water, and flush with water until it is completely cooled.
5.
Pour sago into a container, take a small amount of syrup (honey, etc.) and mix well to prevent sticking together.
6.
Scoop the watermelon crumb into the soymilk machine (normal cooking machine can also be used), and pour 100ml of mineral water.
7.
Close the lid and choose the "Fruit and Vegetable Milkshake" stall to make watermelon juice.
8.
After the watermelon juice is beaten, it is sieved to remove the residue.
9.
Put ice cubes in the cup.
10.
Scoop in sago and cold weather.
11.
Pour the watermelon juice to make a cup of watermelon cold day sago juice.
Tips:
The only tip is: choose a thick straw to drink, otherwise the straw will be easily blocked. :)
