Almond Tofu

Soak the skinned almonds in water and peel off the skin.

Pour the peeled almonds and water into the soymilk maker.
3.
Select the "Five Grain Soy Milk" stall and start cooking and grinding almonds.

After the soymilk machine stops working, sift the ground almond milk while it is hot to remove the residue.

Add Hantian powder to the obtained almond juice while hot.

Add the caster sugar and heat the almond juice over medium-low heat until the Hantian powder and caster sugar are completely melted.
7.
Pour the almond juice into the mold, cool it and put it in the refrigerator until it is set.
8.
Remove the almond tofu from the mold and cut into the size you need.
9.
Use your favorite syrup to make syrup, add almond tofu and your favorite fruit, and you're ready to eat.
Tips:
Hantian powder can be replaced with agar or gelatin tablets. The amount to be added for solidification will be different, please adjust by yourself.
