Watermelon Jelly

Cut a watermelon in half.

Use a spoon to dig out the pulp.
3.
Use a juicer to squeeze the juice into a strainer.
4.
Pour the watermelon juice into the pot and add 50 grams of sugar.
5.
Bring to the boil, add 100 grams of white jelly and stir evenly to cool thoroughly.
6.
Pour into the watermelon rind, put a few watermelon seeds on top, and freeze for solidification.
