Watermelon Peel Jam
1.
Prepare a piece of watermelon.
2.
Remove the green skin on the outer layer of the watermelon and the red flesh on the inside.
3.
Cut into small dices.
4.
Put it in the food processor.
5.
Grind into delicate melon paste. Because I prefer the texture of the granules, they are not very crushed.
6.
Put the right amount of water in the pot, just a little bit more than the melon paste.
7.
After the pot is boiling, add the melon paste and cook on low heat.
8.
I have a big spoon with two spoons of white sugar.
9.
A little honey.
10.
Boil on low heat until thickened and juice is collected.
11.
Let the cooked watermelon jam cool, put it in a container, and put it in the refrigerator overnight. When you want to eat, take it out of the refrigerator. It feels refreshing with bread in the morning~
Tips:
If you don't like too sweet taste, you can reduce the amount of sugar or not add honey. I think adding honey is healthier.
