Watermelon Rolled Tofu

After cutting both ends of the water melon, grind the white juice out, wash it, peel it and slice it.

The soft tofu is slightly fried on all sides until golden brown. When it is fragrant, sprinkle with a little salt. Serve after frying and set aside.

After the water melon is sautéed, add salt to taste, add a third bowl of water, cover and cook. Water melon, as the name suggests, the more water you cook, so you must not add more water in this step. If the firepower is not very fierce, no water is required.

When the water melon is about to be cooked, add the fried tofu, season with soy sauce, and then serve.
Tips:
The more the watermelon is boiled, the more water it will be. You can operate this dish without adding water.
