Fresh and delicious watermelon sauce
1. Watermelon diced
2. Minced shallots
3. Minced garlic
4. Minced ginger
5. Mince green pepper
6. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and chopped peanuts and sauté
7. Then add the bean paste and stir fry evenly
8. Pour in the cut watermelon cubes, add white sugar, cooking wine, and soy sauce, stir fry evenly over high heat
