Watermelon Skin and Meat Dumplings

Rub watermelon rind into silk, and dice carrots.

Add wine, sugar, salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, green onion and ginger to the mashed meat.

Stir vigorously.

Put the watermelon peel and the diced carrots into the meat puree and mix well.

Drizzle some sesame oil to increase the fragrance.

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper, spread some water around it, and wrap it in the stuffing.
