Watermelon Skin Bone Soup

For the big red watermelon, use a spoon to remove the red flesh;

Cut off the hard green skin with a knife;

Prepared bones

Prepared carrots

Prepared tofu; PS: also called bean bubble, oily tofu;

Boiling water over the bones, to remove the bloody smell of bones;

All the ingredients are ready, scallops, soak and wash, watermelon peel cut into small pieces, carrots peeled and cut into pieces, tofu washed, bones removed from the dry water;

Bring clean water to a boil, add all the ingredients;
9.
After boiling for 20 minutes, add tofu;
10.
Boil on low heat for 20 minutes, add salt, stir evenly, and then;
Tips:
1. The watermelon rind must be red flesh, and more green rind.
