Waxed Glutinous Rice

Peel and dice potatoes, dice dried tofu, dice bacon and separate fat and thin, wash glutinous rice and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of lard, stir-fry the fat, and add the lean meat when the fat is out of oil.

Add diced potatoes and tofu.
4.
Put glutinous rice and add some salt.
5.
Pour the fried glutinous rice into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and put it into the rice cooker to start the cooking process. (Just don’t flood the rice too much)
Tips:
Don't put too much salt, bacon and salted tofu have salt. Just flood the rice.
