Glutinous rice is one of the staple foods of the Han people. It has an important position in the lives of the Han people in the South. It is a favorite food for men, women, and children. The staple food for various shows is mostly made of glutinous rice. In Guizhou Province, various flavors of glutinous rice are popular. When I was a child, I could eat a bowl of hot glutinous rice for 50 cents. It was delicious, affordable, and hungry.

Ingredients

Waxed Glutinous Rice

1. Peel and dice potatoes, dice dried tofu, dice bacon and separate fat and thin, wash glutinous rice and set aside.

Tips:

Don't put too much salt, bacon and salted tofu have salt. Just flood the rice.
