Wash the tofu skin, boil it in boiling water, and let it cool.

Cut into 10 cm wide slices.

Fold the cut tofu skin in half into 5 cm wide, as shown in the picture, cut evenly 0.3 cm along the folded surface. Do not cut off the tail. If you can't grasp it well, you can use a chopstick or other objects to block it.

The cut tofu skin is rolled up on one side.

The final step is to set the shape, stick a toothpick at the bottom to fix it. After that, the pattern can be sorted slightly.

Arrange celery leaves and top with tomato sauce before serving.
Tips:
You can choose the soup you like. I fried it with fresh tomatoes and tomato sauce. If you like hot and sour, you can use vinegar, light soy sauce, garlic, salt, and chili oil to make the juice!
