I don’t remember when I ate this snack for the first time. It was probably in the 1970s and 1980s. I was sitting on the pier in front of my house, reading the little book, and eating spicy, crispy peanuts. That feels... it's more pleasant than sitting in Starbucks and drinking coffee!

Weird Peanuts

1. Soak peanuts in cold water for 10 minutes,

2. Use kitchen paper to soak up the moisture,

3. Pour the egg liquid into the peanuts and mix well,

4. Pour the starch in a small amount several times,

5. Let it wrap evenly, filter out the excess starch,

6. Fry the peanuts at 50% heat to remove the oil control.

7. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and pour the seasoning (chili noodles, barbecue powder, cumin powder, curry powder, pepper powder, sesame, salt and pepper),

8. Stir-fry the ingredients over a small fire to create a fragrance,

9. Pour in the fried peanuts,

10. Stir quickly and evenly out of the pot.

Tips:

When frying, the fire should be small and fast.
