Wenboer Pear

Material: Crystal pear (Sydney pear is the best), Hawthorn (good texture)
Seasoning: white granulated sugar, brown sugar (the color of the soup is light after the hawthorn noodles are boiled, and is used for coloring).

Wash and peel the crystal pear and cut into even slices; wash the hawthorn and remove the seeds.

Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot on the fire, pour in the hawthorn and boil, and add the white sugar.

Add pear slices and simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat, turn off the heat and let cool.
