Have you eaten sweet pig heart? Have you ever tried durian stewed pork heart? Durian stewed pig heart is a special delicacy in Wenzhou. I remember I couldn't eat durian before, but I had a soft spot for this dish. The homemade rice wine is paired with the sweetness of durian, and the Q-bomb of the pig heart is refreshing. It is really unique~

Ingredients

Wenzhou Specialty | Nourishing Durian Stewed Pork Heart

1. Add ginger slices and pork heart after the water is boiled, and cook for 10 minutes.

2. Pig's heart changes color, remove and wash

3. Put pork heart, longan, dangshen in a casserole

4. Pour in 300ml rice wine and boil until boiling. The homemade rice wine tastes more fragrant than the bought one~

5. Add 1200ml of boiling water, add longan and cook for 50 minutes on medium-low heat.

6. Add rock sugar after 50 minutes, stir and cook for 10 minutes

7. Take out the pig's heart and slice it

8. Put the sliced pig heart back into the casserole

9. Add red dates and durian and simmer for 10 minutes.

10. Use a spoon to disperse the durian in the middle

11. Put a large spoonful of brown sugar before out of the pan and mix well

12. The sweetness of durian melts into the soup, making the soup more dense and delicious. This time I chose the Musang King durian from Mr. Zeng's house. The sweet fruit like ice cream is of very good quality.

Tips:

The amount of sugar can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the sweetness of durian‼ ️‼ ️
Durian can be stored frozen. It can be thawed at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. The taste is like creamy ice cream. You can also choose to refrigerate and thaw for 2 hours, the taste is like eating fresh durian‼ ️
