Western Meatloaf
1.
Pears are peeled and pitted, sliced and marinated in an appropriate amount of red wine for 1 night (the red wine needs to cover the pears)
2.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, put them in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the surface is browned
3.
Take beef filling, pork filling, egg white, bread crumbs, a little salt, and black pepper and mix evenly.
4.
Knead the meat into a meatloaf and bake it (3~5 minutes per side)
5.
Arrange in turn with red wine pears-meatloaf-smoked barbecue sauce-baked potato slices, garnish with a little tomato sauce, French mustard sauce, and coriander.
Tips:
1. Bread crumbs are granular and flocculent. I use granular ones. Generally, flocculent ones are used for frying food.
