Received the Best Creative Award

Really excited

I really thank the foodies for providing such a good platform

Provide such a good opportunity

Let me and many food lovers show themselves

Able to continuously learn and progress

The prize is ACA automatic coffee machine

The coffee machine is particularly beautiful and exquisite workmanship

After receiving it, my mother said it was a good thing to look at

The function is also very powerful

Put coffee beans on

Will be able to make fragrant strong coffee soon

There are also different functions

Can choose the thickness of the ground coffee beans

Can choose the amount of coffee made

Can satisfy different tastes

Many functions are still waiting for me to study slowly"

When Coffee Meets The Perfect Combination of Chocolate-coffee Chocolate Cake

1. Separate egg whites and yolks

2. Add 30 grams of caster sugar to the egg yolk

3. Add 40 grams of salad oil

4. Add 40 grams of coffee

5. Add 30 grams of sugar and sifted flour and cocoa powder

6. Stir evenly, pay attention to every addition, stir evenly and add the same.

7. The egg whites are added with fine sugar in 3 times until they are foamed, that is, the egg whites have a small triangular head bent.

8. Add the beaten egg whites to the prepared egg yolk paste in 3 times. Stir evenly each time and add the next time. Take care to stir up and down with a spatula. Do not stir in circles to prevent the egg whites from defoaming.

9. Pour it into a baking tray lined with greased paper, shake it vigorously for a few times to produce large bubbles. Put it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees and leave it for 20 minutes. (Everyone's oven temperament is different, everyone feels about the time and temperature)

10. Let the baked cake pieces cool, cut off the irregular sides, and divide them into 3 equal portions.

11. The chocolate I used is left over from the previous truffle chocolate, if you don’t have it, you can use chocolate sauce

12. Spread chocolate on one slice of cake and put another slice of cake

13. Spread a layer of chocolate and put a slice of cake

14. Then the surface is smeared with chocolate

15. Sift cocoa powder

16. Cut into pieces and eat
