Whipped Cream Ladybug Cupcakes
1.
Separate the white and egg yolk, put the white and whipped cream together in a basin, add 5 grams of sugar
2.
Stir thoroughly
3.
Red yeast rice powder mixed with low-gluten powder
4.
Sieve 2 times to mix well
5.
Sift into the custard
6.
Stir until there is no dry powder
7.
Put the egg whites in an oil- and water-free basin and add a few drops of lemon juice. I cut a thin slice and squeezed the juice
8.
Add 25 grams of sugar three times,
9.
Whisk until dry foaming, the whisk has a straight tip in advance
10.
Take 1/3 of the egg white and put it in the egg yolk paste, and mix it evenly
11.
Mix evenly and pour into the remaining egg whites
12.
Mix it evenly by turning and mixing, and then put it into a piping bag
13.
Squeeze into the mold
14.
Preheat the oven at 140 degrees in advance and bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Since the lollipop mold is enough for one egg at a time, I used two molds at the same time.
15.
Baked small cakes
16.
The black and white chocolates are put into piping bags, and the warm water melts and cuts out the ladybug pattern.
17.
The little cake without paintings is round and cute, with soft texture and full milky aroma. It is a delicious cake.
Tips:
I used half a lollipop mold, a Madeleine mold, which happened to be 3 eggs. Larger cakes are eaten by adults. There are two lollipop molds in a set. If all lollipop molds are used, 2 eggs are enough.
