It is a refreshing vegetable salad in summer. If you eat salad continuously, you will inevitably be hungry. Adding some white cheese can increase the feeling of fullness.

White Cheese Vegetable Salad

1. Prepare vegetables and wash, wash the bitter chrysanthemum and drain;

2. Peel cucumbers and cut into round slices, and cut tomatoes into cubes;

3. Tear the bitter chrysanthemum into large pieces by hand, put it in a salad bowl, and put the cucumber slices and tomatoes in the salad bowl together;

4. Cut 100g of white cheese into small pieces and place them on top of the vegetables;

5. Pour the red wine vinegar, olive oil, and black pepper into the seasoning bowl and stir evenly;

6. Pour the prepared juice on the vegetables and mix well when eating;

Tips:

White cheese is a kind of curdling cheese specially used to mix salads. It contains salt, so there is no need to add salt to vegetables. Red wine vinegar is used to increase or decrease according to personal preference, which is much more sour than ordinary vinegar.
