White Cut Beef Tendon

1. I bought frozen beef tendon and thaw it naturally at room temperature

2. After rinsing with clean water, add cold water to the pot to blanch the water to remove blood foam

3. Prepare a boiled meat ingredient: 3 star anise, 20 peppercorns, 1 piece of ginger, 3 pieces of cinnamon, 3 dried chilies, 4 bay leaves (forgot to take it), 3 hawthorn

4. Bring water to a boil in a casserole, put the blanched beef in, and put in the boiled meat ingredients.

5. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and slow cook for 2 hours

6. The cooked beef tendon is very soft and rotten because it is cooked slowly

7. Take out the beef tendon and let it cool, and cut it in half first.

10. Mince garlic and put it in the seasoning dish
