There are no such detailed steps, soak the white fungus, then cut the isinglass pieces, put water in the stewing pot and start to simmer. I used slow simmering for 1.5 hours, which is quite enough.
Tips:
1. The key is to get rid of fishery and foam. Although I grew up by the sea, I still reject the fishy smell.
2. The selection of flower gum. I don’t know how to say this. I have never sold outside flower gum. They are all from my house. So I can't give exact advice, but the real fish gum must have a fishy smell. I am more certain about this. Haha
