White Meat Cabbage

Main ingredients: Chinese cabbage, cooked white meat

Cut the cabbage into strips

Wash and drain water

Cut the white meat into thick slices

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

Add the cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat until the cabbage collapses

Add appropriate amount of water

After boiling, simmer for about 5 minutes, until the cabbage is about 8 minutes cooked

Add white meat slices

Season with salt. Simmer for about 3 minutes

Add MSG for freshness, then turn off the heat.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
For white meat, it is better to choose pork belly. Put cold water into the pot, boil it on a low fire and cook it for 8 minutes. Let it cool before use.
