White Melon Fish Head Soup

Cut white melon and carrot into strips, wash and drain the fish head

Hot oil pan
3.
Add the fish head and fry until golden brown
4.
Flip and fry until golden brown on the other side
5.
Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add ginger and white melon
6.
Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes
7.
Add the fish head in a pot for 10 minutes
8.
Add salt to taste
