White Rabbit Milk Jelly

All the ingredients are ready for later use.

Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water in advance.

Add milk and toffee to the milk pot, stir on low heat until the toffee melts and then remove from heat. (Be sure to low heat, don't boil) Squeeze the soaked gelatine slices with water, put them in a milk pan and stir until melted, and sift until smooth.

Add a tablespoon of sweet-scented osmanthus honey and stir well.

Pour it into a bowl and put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
