White Sesame and Red Bean Pasta

Add yeast and 1.5 grams of white sugar, and mix the dough with cold water.

Add baking soda to the dried noodles and make it smooth.

Defrost the red beans (I cook a little more at a time, then freeze them in small packages, and take them out before each time to defrost them), add sugar, sesame and honey, crush them with a spoon or mash them with a rolling pin.

Divide into 6 parts and knead smoothly.

Divide the noodles into 6 portions, round them and roll them out.

Pack the stuffing and squeeze it slightly.

Then spread a little water on the surface to stick sesame seeds, and spread a little oil on the surface that touches the baking pan. Put it in the baking dish.

Preheat the oven for 3 minutes in advance, put the baking tray in the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, and then set it to 250 degrees and bake for 3 minutes. (High temperature is for coloring and good-looking, in fact it has been cooked in 20 minutes)
