White Shell and Zucchini Soup

Soak the white shells for half an hour, spit out the sand and wash them for later use.

Peel the zucchini for later use

Shred ginger and set aside

Put oil in the soup pot and stir-fry the ginger to create a fragrance

Put the white shells and stir fry for a while
6.
Then add warm water and boil
7.
Cut the zucchini into strips while cooking
8.
After the water is boiled, add the zucchini and cook, then add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste.
