White Shell Fungus and Egg Soup

Prepare materials.

Soak the white shells in salt water for 1-2 hours and wash;

Tear small flowers of fungus, wash sour bamboo shoots; beat eggs and set aside; (if dry fungus is used, soak in advance)
4.
Add 3 bowls of water to the pot, add ginger slices and bring to a boil, then add the white shells;
5.
Boil the fungus and sour bamboo shoots and cook until the shells are all opened;
6.
Pour in the egg mixture and stir, and finally add salt and oil to taste.
