White Sugar Radish Shreds

Wash the green radish (I rarely see the long Weifang radish in my place, but the ordinary green radish can be bought)

Cut the radish slices into thin filaments with a knife.
5.

Tips:
1. The radish has a large moisture content, so it is necessary to control the loss of moisture during storage.
2. Radish skin is rich in vitamin C. It is recommended not to peel it when eating radish.
