Whitebait Omelet

Wash the whitebait, add white pepper, water starch, cooking wine, and salt to marinate for 5 minutes. Beat the eggs, add whitebait and chopped green onion, and stir well.

Add a small spoonful of oil to the small saucepan and brush it evenly.

After the oil is hot, pour a portion of the egg liquid into the pan and fry until cooked.
