Whitebait Omelette

Prepare the eggs and whitebait for use. Since my whitebait is a frozen skirt, I washed it with water!

Heat the oil pan, pour in the right amount of oil to heat and then pour the whitebait

Since it is frozen, it will be a little bit watery right after pouring, stir fry for about 30 seconds until water comes out, then add appropriate amount of salt and then pour in the eggs

When beating the eggs, a little salt is added, which is more flavorful. When the eggs on the other side are solidified, you can turn them over, and then fry them until they are golden and ready to be out of the pan!
Tips:
Since I used a wooden spatula, I turned it over when I turned it over, but the taste is still very good, and friends who like it can try it!
