Whitebait Scrambled Eggs

Wash the whitebait and beat the eggs

Boil water in a pot, add whitebait to blanch
4.
Put the blanched whitebait into the egg and mix well
5.
Heat oil pan, pour whitebait and eggs, stir fry quickly
6.
Fry until the eggs are set and serve
