Whitebait with Shallots
1.
Add more vegetable oil to the pot and heat it to 60% heat.
2.
Add dried whitebait and fry over medium heat.
3.
Fry until golden and crispy, remove the oil control, and cool for later use.
4.
Pick and wash the shallots.
5.
Cut into sections first, then shred.
6.
Put the cool whitebait and green onion into the basin.
7.
Add a little salt, because the dried whitebait itself has a salty taste, so put less salt.
8.
Add a little MSG for freshness.
9.
Add rice vinegar to remove fishy and freshness.
10.
Finally add a little sesame oil.
11.
Mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. Dried whitebait must be fried and crispy, and it must be cooled thoroughly before use;
2. If there is no green onion, you can also use the white green onion instead;
3. Eat as you like, it won't be crispy after a long time.
