Whitebait Wonton

Put the pork puree into a bowl, add cooking wine, salt, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil and appropriate amount of green onion and ginger water, mix well

Wash the whitebait and drain the water, add some salt, cooking wine, and white pepper to the bowl and mix well

Then mix 2 ingredients, add eggs and mix well

Finally add chopped green onion and mix well

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put it in a proper amount of filling and wrap it

Boil water in a pot, add wontons and cook until they float on the water, adding cold water twice during the process

Tips:
The seasoning of wonton soup is adjusted by yourself, and you can add some spicy oil if you like spicy taste. You can also eat it dry without soup, and it’s delicious if it’s dried out and dipped in vinegar.
