Whole Grain Energy Soup

Ingredients: brown rice, millet, buckwheat, corn dregs, black glutinous rice, walnuts, peanuts, cashew nuts, medlar, red dates, round meat, black sesame, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, black beans. Wash brown rice, millet, buckwheat, corn dregs, black glutinous rice and black beans before going to bed, and soak in water.

After getting up, put the grains and beans together with the soaking water in the pot, add nuts, seeds, red dates, longan, and wolfberry to cook together

Tips:
Because of the red dates and longan, the stamina soup produced is sweet and does not require any seasoning. If you do not add these two, you can add rock sugar or no sugar, depending on your taste.
