The bread dough is fermented directly in the bread machine, the yeast will go down automatically, and take it out after one hour. It will not shrink until it is fermented.

Tips:
This mold is easy to color and deep, if you don’t want to color, 30 minutes is fine. The water absorption of each type of flour is very different, so control the amount of liquid by yourself. You can add or reduce 5 grams to 10 grams.
