Whole Wheat Garland Bread
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
Add yogurt, oil, eggs, sugar, salt and other ingredients to the bottom of the bread bucket
3.
Add high-gluten flour and whole wheat flour to the top, add yeast to the top, start the kneading process for 30 minutes
4.
At the end of the program, add diced red dates and start the bread maker again for 10 minutes, then put it in a warm place and ferment to double the size
5.
Take out the dough and knead it evenly, divide into four parts
6.
Take a portion and roll it out into a rectangle
7.
Fold upwards at 1/3 to compact, and the remaining 1/3 of the upper part is folded down to compact and round. Wake up for 5 minutes after finishing rubbing.
8.
Then roll it into thin strips about 60cm in size
9.
Put up the word don
10.
Reverse from left to right as shown in the figure, throw up Article 2, follow the three-strand braid to complete a procedure, and then repeat the above weaving method repeatedly
11.
Finish one side first, then turn around and finish editing the other side
12.
Take any end and roll the dough about one finger wide with a rolling pin (as thin as possible)
13.
Then cover the end of the other end and wrap the excess part on the bottom of the bread
14.
Put it in a baking tray for shaping
15.
Ferment in a warm and humid place to 1.5 times the size, brush the surface with egg wash, and decorate with cranberries
16.
Put it into the pre-heated oven, and bake for 18-20 minutes at 180 degrees, middle level, upper and lower fire (if the surface color is fast, it needs to be covered with tin foil)
Tips:
1: The temperature of the oven is for reference only, please adjust it according to your own oven temperament.
2: If the surface color is fast during the baking process, it should be covered with tin foil to avoid over-baking.
3: Due to the different water content of flour, the amount of yogurt should be flexibly increased or decreased.
