I must desperately recommend the Nordic and Norwegian bread mixed with coarse flour and various seeds and nuts. It is so fragrant. This is different from the soft European that you are usually familiar with. It is really full and healthy bread. Two slices of bread in the morning, some jam, and a slice of cheese are not hungry until noon.

Whole Wheat Nut Bread

1. Put all the dry ingredients in a bread bucket, add warm water, about 560 grams, the machine will automatically knead the noodles. When the kneading is over, add 20 g of vegetable oil. After the kneading is over, cover with plastic wrap and kitchen towels. It ferments naturally.

2. This is the condition of the developed dough.

3. After the dough is made, two long loaves are formed and placed in the bread box for the second fermentation. This is the second fermentation state.

4. The spread bread is put into the preheated oven, first 230 degrees, bake for 8 minutes, then lower to 180 degrees, and continue to bake for 30 minutes. After being out of the oven, let it dry on the shelf to dissipate heat.

5. Let it cool completely and slice it.

6. The sliced bread is delicious with homemade blueberry jam.

Tips:

This kind of bread must be baked at a high temperature first, and then lowered to the normal 180 degrees, the crust is crispy.
