Whole Wheat Nut Bread

Put all the dry ingredients in a bread bucket, add warm water, about 560 grams, the machine will automatically knead the noodles. When the kneading is over, add 20 g of vegetable oil. After the kneading is over, cover with plastic wrap and kitchen towels. It ferments naturally.

Tips:
This kind of bread must be baked at a high temperature first, and then lowered to the normal 180 degrees, the crust is crispy.
