Whole Wheat Nut Cheese Bread

Put all the ingredients in the main recipe into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program for 20 minutes

This bread only needs to be kneaded to the expansion stage. Of course, it would be better to knead out the film.

Round the dough, start the bread machine fermentation program, time 25 minutes

Melon seeds and sesame seeds for wrapping noodles and divide into 2 portions after mixing

Cut grapefruit peel sugar into granules, which can be replaced with any dried fruit you like

Divide the non-roasted mixed nuts and grapefruit peel sugar into 2 portions (there is one more in the bag)

Cream cheese with sugar and insulated water for easy whipping
