The child made 2 large whole-wheat nut cheese breads, sprinkled with cream cheese, and sprinkled with various nuts. Every bite is fragrant, and whole wheat flour is added, which is nutritious and healthy. There are more whole wheat flour in the formula, and the water content is also relatively large. If all high-gluten flour is used, adjust the water content according to the usual noodle habits

Whole Wheat Nut Cheese Bread

1. Prepare the required ingredients and quantity. To save time, I use mixed roasted nuts instead of roasting

2. Chopped brown sugar, the finer the better

3. Put all the ingredients in the main recipe into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program for 20 minutes

4. Kneading is over after 20 minutes

5. This bread only needs to be kneaded to the expansion stage. Of course, it would be better to knead out the film.

6. Round the dough, start the bread machine fermentation program, time 25 minutes

7. Melon seeds and sesame seeds for wrapping noodles and divide into 2 portions after mixing

8. Cut grapefruit peel sugar into granules, which can be replaced with any dried fruit you like

9. Divide the non-roasted mixed nuts and grapefruit peel sugar into 2 portions (there is one more in the bag)

10. Cream cheese with sugar and insulated water for easy whipping

11. After the dough fermentation is over, just dip your fingers in the flour and poke the dough without shrinking or slightly shrinking.

12. Take out the dough and divide it into 2 portions, knead and cover with plastic wrap to relax for 15 minutes

13. Take a dough, roll it into a suitable size with the smooth side up, turn it over and spread some cream cheese on it, don’t spread it around

14. Sprinkle mixed nuts and grapefruit zest on the cheese

15. The skin is a bit big, roll down from the top, fold the left and right sides in the middle, and then continue to roll down

16. Tighten the bottom of the dough, brush a small amount of water on the dough, and coat with melon seeds and sesame seeds

17. This is the way it is wrapped, and the end of the dough is facing downwards

18. Put the dough in a non-stick baking pan

19. On the bottom of the oven, ferment for 30 minutes at 37°C

20. After the dough is fermented, spray an appropriate amount of water

21. Put the dough into the bottom of the preheated oven, heat up to 150 degrees, lower the heat to 180 degrees and bake for 18 minutes

22. After baking the bread, take it out and let cool

Tips:

1. Whole wheat flour can be replaced with high-gluten flour, and the water content can be adjusted flexibly according to the noodle making habits
2. Non-roasted mixed nuts can be replaced with your favorite nuts
3. The temperature and time of the oven can be flexibly adjusted according to the common oven
