The child made 2 large whole-wheat nut cheese breads, sprinkled with cream cheese, and sprinkled with various nuts. Every bite is fragrant, and whole wheat flour is added, which is nutritious and healthy. There are more whole wheat flour in the formula, and the water content is also relatively large. If all high-gluten flour is used, adjust the water content according to the usual noodle habits."

Whole Wheat Nut Cheese Bread

1. Prepare the required ingredients and amount. To save time, I use the mixed roasted nuts from Brooke Farm instead of roasting.

2. Chop the brown sugar, the finer the better.

3. Put all the ingredients in the main recipe into the bread machine, and start the dough mixing program for 20 minutes.

4. Kneading is over after 20 minutes.

5. This bread only needs to be kneaded to the expansion stage. Of course, it would be better to knead out the film. I used Dongling JD08 pink bread machine to knead out the film.

6. The dough is rounded and the bread machine fermentation program is started for 25 minutes.

7. The melon seeds and sesame seeds used for wrapping the noodles are mixed and divided into 2 portions.

8. The grapefruit peel candies are cut into granules and can be replaced with any dried fruit you like.

9. Divide the no-roasted mixed nuts and grapefruit peel sugar into 2 portions (there is one more in the bag).

10. Cream cheese with sugar and insulated water is simply beaten.

11. After the dough is fermented, just dip your fingers in the flour and poke the dough without shrinking or slightly shrinking.

12. Take out the dough and divide it into 2 portions, knead and cover with plastic wrap to relax for 15 minutes.

13. Take a piece of dough, roll it out with the smooth side up to a suitable size, turn it over and spread it with an appropriate amount of cream cheese, don't spread it around.

14. Sprinkle the mixed nuts and grapefruit zest on the cheese.

15. The skin is a bit big, roll it down from the top, fold the left and right sides in the middle, and then continue to roll it down.

16. Tighten the bottom of the dough, brush a small amount of water on the dough, and coat it with melon seeds and sesame seeds.

17. This is the way it is wrapped, and the end of the dough is facing downwards.

18. Place the dough in a non-stick baking pan.

19. Ferment at 37°C for 30 minutes on the bottom of the oven.

20. After the dough is fermented, spray an appropriate amount of water.

21. Put the dough into the bottom of the preheated oven, heat up to 150 degrees and lower the heat to 180 degrees and bake for 18 minutes.

22. After the bread is cooked, take it out and let it cool.

Tips:

1. Whole wheat flour can be replaced with high-gluten flour, and the water content can be flexibly adjusted according to the noodle making habits.
2. Non-roasted mixed nuts can be replaced with your favorite nuts.
3. The temperature and time of the oven can be flexibly adjusted according to the common oven.
