Whole Wheat Potato Cakes

After the washed potatoes are steamed, peeled and rolled into a puree, set aside

Add black pepper, custard powder and salt to the mashed potatoes to taste

Shred the carrots, dice bacon, and chop the green onions into chopped green onions. Add salt and sauté them for later use.

Pour the fried ingredients into the mashed potatoes and stir evenly

Sift the whole wheat flour into the mashed potatoes and mix well

Make the mashed potatoes into small pie-like shapes, then add them to a non-stick pan and fry them over low heat.
Tips:
When pressing the mashed potatoes and sautéing the stuffing, they are seasoned with salt, or you can just add salt in one of the steps, which is a bit saltier than the single seasoning. Black pepper powder and custard powder are used for flavor enhancement, so you can skip them if you don't have them at home.
