Whole Wheat Toast Quiche

Ingredients: 1 slice of whole wheat toast, 1 egg, 1 green onion, a little black pepper, a little salt

Wash the green onions and cut the chopped green onions, set aside.

Cut the toast into small cubes and set aside.

Knock the eggs into a bowl, add salt to beat them, and set aside.

Heat the pan and brush with a little oil,

Fry the bottom until light golden, turn it over.

Pour in the egg mixture and gently shake the pot to distribute the egg mixture evenly on the bottom of the pot.

While the egg mixture has not set yet, sprinkle half of the chopped green onion and continue to fry until the egg mixture has set.

Put it out of the pan, sprinkle with crushed black pepper,

Sprinkle the remaining green onion on the surface.
Tips:
The amount of chopped green onion can be increased or decreased as you like, or you can use it if you don't like it.
Use a small fire when frying, so as not to burn the bottom of the cake.
